These are illustrations for Tim Burton’s "Charlie & the Chocolate Factory" street team concept. Each of the "rotten" children got their own iconic design and they were implemented into individual mini-sites where you can download stencils, wallpapers, iron ons etc. Tim Burton apparently even thought highly of these.
