I am a freelancing, award-winning Creative Director, Art Director, Designer and Illustrator/Artist-ish. I’ve been in the game for about 23 years. I don’t care about titles, just want to make great work.
Most recently, I was a VP, Group Creative Director at Digitas running the JennAir account, defiantly turning the world of luxury appliances on it’s head – from reimagining their entire retail space, to experiential, stunts, events, social and branded content. I am also a creative lead in the Growth and New Business group.
Previously I was at a customer engagement agency as the ECD NYC, overseeing all lines of Samsung creative work for loyalty marketing, customer engagement, B2B and retail. I was also responsible for overseeing all creative run out of New York.
In my past, I was an integrated creative lead for Aetna, encompassing brand, tv, print, social and digital – managing an integrated team of Creative Directors, Associate Creative Directors, Art Directors, Designers and Writers. I had also managed the British Airways digital account for North America, creating branded content, campaigns, concepts and platforms, such as the acclaimed “A Ticket to Visit Mum” and Yourope campaigns.
I started my career in the digital space, creating campaigns and visually driven experiences for the entertainment industry, such as Sony and Universal Studios. Over time, I moved into other aspects of the evolving landscape – developing larger platforms, dot com digital flagships and campaign experiences for brands such as Acura, American Express global, BlackRock, Castrol, David Yurman, DuPont global, E*TRADE, Ford, IKEA and Mercedes-Benz. I began transitioning to the world of brand stories and content with British Airways, and was able to bring together my digital and narrative history into the 360º work on Aetna.
I have a Bachelor of Fine Arts for Communication Design with a minor in Business Administration from Carnegie Mellon University and currently reside in Brooklyn, NY. I also have a weakness for bourbons, single malt whiskeys, fitness, cooking and the Pittsburgh Steelers.
